We won’t lecture you about healthy and unhealthy foods — you already know that it’s important to eat a varied and balanced diet, avoid overeating, and limit sugar, salt, and so on.

But here’s something not everyone knows: no matter how hard you try, getting truly complete nutrition from supermarket food is almost impossible these days. Even fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs — despite their appetizing appearance — are no longer true sources of health.

They are essentially “empty shells” — industrially produced foods that contain barely a quarter of the vital nutrients our bodies need every day. And the result? We feel tired, get sick often, lack energy. Hair falls out, nails become brittle, we suffer from cramps, our eyesight worsens, we gain weight, and aging begins prematurely.

And most people don’t even realize that the reason might be very simple — a chronic deficiency of vitamins and minerals, which almost everyone today is living with. Now ask yourself: do you really expect to look fresh, young, and beautiful under these conditions?

What can we do? We can either start our own small farm in an ecologically clean area and grow a wide variety of vegetables and greens using traditional methods for personal use — or we need to regularly take vitamin and mineral supplements. 
There are no other options.
